Phosphate High Alumina Brick is one of the commonly used brick types in the new dry-process cement kiln, and also a low-temperature sintered brick. It is made of high-alumina bauxite clinker as the main raw material, phosphoric acid solution as the binding agent, and heat treated at 400-600 ℃. It is a high-alumina refractory product. Phosphate high-alumina bricks are widely used in cement kilns and can be used in the pre-heating zone, decomposition zone, transition zone, cooling zone, etc. At the same time, its load softening temperature is not very high, about 1350 degrees, but its wear resistance coefficient is high, so it is also very suitable for the transition zone, cooling zone, kiln head cover, and other parts of the rotary kiln. In addition, the size of the product depends on the different components used. In addition to standard bricks, we can also provide phosphate knife bricks, or process different sizes of Bricks according to the drawings.


Characteristics

1. The product has strong resistance to thermal stress and mechanical stress in the kiln and is more adaptable to the change of the ovality of the tire cylinder.

2. Because Phosphate High Alumina Brick is a refractory material, it can store heat, reduce heat loss, save fuel, and reduce production costs.

3. After adding the same volume of insulating refractory materials, the total weight of the kiln lining is significantly reduced to reduce energy consumption and load.

4. The phosphating composite brick upgraded from phosphating combined high-alumina brick will reduce the kiln skin temperature by adding light components. Phosphated composite bricks with a bulk density greater than 2.8g/cm3 can be used to burn white lime in the rotary kiln.

5. After the high alumina brick is impregnated with phosphoric acid, the load softening temperature increases from 1520 ° C to 1570 ° C, the porosity decreases significantly, the bulk density increases, and the bending strength also increases a lot.
