Introduction
Refractory Checker Bricks is a thermal regenerator widely recognized and accepted by the world ironmaking industry in recent years. It has excellent thermal performance such as strong heat exchange capacity, large heat storage area, smooth ventilation, and low resistance. It is also a good heat transfer medium, which is mainly used for heat accumulation in the upper and middle parts of the heat accumulator of the hot blast furnace. As the carrier of high-temperature heat, the working principle of this product is to burn the gas first, heat the checkered bricks in the heat storage with the generated high-temperature flue gas, and then heat the cold air through the hot checkered bricks. The hot blast furnace alternates combustion and gas supply to make the blast furnace continuously obtain high-temperature hot air.
Advantages
1. This product is made of clay and other refractory materials and can withstand high temperatures of 1580-1780 ℃. It can be used as high-temperature building materials and structural materials for building kilns and various thermal equipment.
2. Refractory Checker Bricks have good creep performance under high-temperature load, so it is very safe and durable.
3. High volume and density bring good strength.
4. We strictly control the raw materials and production process to complete the processing of refractory bricks, so the porosity of the product is low and the service life of the lining can be extended when it is used in the kiln lining.
Comparison
(1) Traditional 7-hole lattice brick: the hole diameter is 43mm, and the heat storage area is 38.1m2/m3;
(2) 7-hole high-efficiency lattice brick: the hole diameter is 30mm, and the heat storage area is 47.08m2/m3;
(3) 19-hole high-efficiency lattice brick: the hole diameter is 30mm, and the heat storage area is 48.6m2/m3;
(4) 31-hole high-efficiency lattice brick: the hole diameter is 25mm, and the heat storage area is 58.1m2/m3;
(5) 37-hole high-efficiency lattice brick: the hole diameter is 20mm, and the heat storage area is 68.7m2/m3.
Application
The Refractory Checker Bricks are mainly used for hot blast stoves. When the temperature is under 900℃, fire clay brick is used; while the temperature is higher than 900℃, the material of checker brick should be high alumina, mullite, sillimanite, silica, etc.
