Description
Refractory Anchoring Bricks, also known as hanging bricks, are made of high-quality raw materials, pressed or poured by machine, and sintered at high temperatures. This material plays an important role in the construction of the straight wall, which can improve its integrity of the straight wall. An industrial furnace or flue wall is generally composed of an inner lining, thermal insulation layer, and outer wall layer. The inner lining is made of refractory bricks, and the outer wall is made of ordinary sintered bricks. These parts need to be connected and anchored, which is the role of our products. You can install it on the steel structure of the general industrial kiln shell or the support lining with a specific shape, and insert the refractory lining to achieve fixation and connection. In addition, the technical requirements of this product are high strength and good thermal shock stability. Therefore, we generally use clay clinker or tertiary clinker as raw materials and use high-temperature firing.
Masonry principle
1. The layout of the Refractory Anchoring Bricks shall be determined according to the range and frequency of temperature change and the size of the straight wall area, generally no less than 6 bricks per square meter.
2. Anchor bricks must be carefully checked before masonry. If cracks appear at the anchor hole, it may affect the overall strength of the anchor brick, and it should be discarded resolutely.
3. After the anchor brick is completed, insert the anchor hook. The gap shall be filled with refractory fiber felt and blocked to form protection for the anchor.
Performance Characters
1. High temperature resistant.
2. Chemical erosion resistant.
3. Thermal stability.
4. Slag resistance.
